Privacy policy

This page explains the data AIstock uses to operate checkout, delivery, support, security and optional analytics. It does not authorize collecting passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or unrelated account data.

Data used to provide the service

Orders use an email address, product and quantity, invoice asset and network, payment status, delivery status and a private access-token hash. Support stores the email, conversation messages and an order link only when the customer proves access to that order. Security and access records can include a masked IP, country, coarse browser and device type, visited route, referral origin and request time. The full IP address is not stored in the site database.

Optional analytics

Analytics is disabled until you allow it. When enabled, AIstock records page categories, product interactions, campaign codes, device class and aggregate funnel events. Search text, email addresses, order IDs, chat messages, payment addresses and secret tokens are not accepted as analytics properties. Sensitive route identifiers are replaced before storage.

Cookies and local storage

Essential browser storage keeps private order access, cart contents, support continuity and security sessions working. Optional analytics uses a random browser ID and session ID only after consent. Choosing essential only stops future optional events.

Retention and deletion

Analytics and support retention periods are configured by the store operator and enforced by a scheduled cleanup job. Operational logs, audit events, webhook replay records and retry keys have separate limited retention periods. Order and payment records may be retained for delivery, fraud prevention, disputes and accounting duties.

Sharing and processors

Data may be processed by the hosting and security provider, the configured payment infrastructure and customer-support tooling only as needed to provide the service. Telegram alerts contain short internal references rather than customer messages, email addresses, wallet addresses or payment secrets.

Your choices

You can change optional analytics above. Use the support chat to request access, correction or deletion where the request can be verified and the data is not required for an active order, fraud investigation, dispute or legal record.
