These terms explain how AIstock orders, cryptocurrency payments, delivery and support work.

Merchant terms

AIstock provides digital subscription delivery through the contact and support channels shown on this website. Questions about an order should include the private order number, but never a password, private key or recovery phrase.

Product information

Each listing identifies the product, access period, pack size, delivery method, eligibility limits and price shown at checkout. Provider names identify compatibility and do not imply affiliation unless stated with supporting documentation.

Payment

Crypto invoices specify the exact asset, network, amount and expiry time. Sending another asset or network can make funds unrecoverable. An order is paid only after the configured confirmation requirement is met.

Delivery

Delivery begins after confirmed payment. Customers must provide accurate recipient information and must never send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.

Refunds

Contact support promptly if delivery cannot be completed. Refund eligibility depends on payment confirmation, whether delivery has begun and whether the provided recipient account is eligible. Crypto sent using the wrong asset, network or address may not be recoverable.

Support and acceptable use

Support records are retained for service, security and dispute handling according to the configured retention policy. Abuse, fraud, automated attacks and attempts to obtain unauthorized access may be blocked and reported.
